Kristine Flora and her son, Will Flora, are the dynamic mother-son duo behind Ella & Bella Pet Company. Kristine brings a wealth of professional expertise to the venture, holding an MBA in Marketing and having previously served as an International Business Manager in Europe. After transitioning to life as a full-time mother, she remained deeply active in her community, serving in various PTA leadership roles, including leading a multi-ability Girl Scout troop. Kristine and her husband, Bill, are the proud parents of three children: Will, Eleanor, and Evelyn. Their daughter Eleanor, who was born with Down syndrome, serves as a central inspiration for the family’s mission-driven work. In her leadership role at the nonprofit, Kristine serves as both a Board Member and the Executive Director.



Will Flora co-founded the company alongside his mother, fueled by both academic rigor and personal passion. A graduate with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Will focused his final thesis on the strategic startup of a pet treat company. His commitment to the disability community is deeply personal; having worked as a Direct Care Worker for his sister, he possesses a profound understanding of the unique needs and strengths of adults with disabilities. As he helps launch this meaningful enterprise, Will is also preparing for a new chapter of service, having joined the Army with his service beginning in May 2026. Together, Kristine and Will have combined their business acumen and hearts for advocacy to build a company that celebrates both pets and people of all abilities.
