Volunteering with Ella & Bella means more than lending a hand, it means being part of a team that’s changing the way the world thinks about work, ability, and community. Whether you want to roll up your sleeves in the kitchen, support someone with a disability in a work setting, or help us show up strong at local events, there’s a meaningful role here for you.

Ways to Volunteer

Baking Mentor

 Work alongside our team members with disabilities in a supportive, hands-on role. You’ll model tasks like how to roll the dough, cut cookies and counting the right number to put in each bag. You are there to ensure everyone has what they need to do their best work. No experience required. Big heart essential! 

SHIFTS ARE MONDAYS & TUESDAYS;      9-12PM  or 1-4PM       (3 HOURS)

Production/Inventory Volunteer

This  role supports things running smoothly by logging weekly production data into Excel, records ingredient lot codes from packaging and links them to each batch produced to ensure full traceability, compliance and quality control.

REMOTE: 3 HOURS/MONTH

Event Volunteer

Love meeting people and their dogs?  Sign up to lead a booth at one of our weekly Saturday Events!   You will be responsible for setting up the tent, table, putting out the product and run the Square reader.  Most important is encouraging our volunteer team members to engage with the customer and practice their social skills! 

 EVENTS RUN 4-6 HOURS PER EVENT

Grant Volunteer

We need help with identifying funding opportunities.  Your duty would be to start building a list of grant opportunities, deadlines and application requirements.  We will apply for the grant, we need you to help us find them!     

REMOTE:  2 HOURS / MONTH
