Ella & Bella Pet Company is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation located in Raleigh, North Carolina, with a mission to provide skill training and meaningful employment for adults with disabilities, in a supportive, people-focused community built around crafting all-natural pet treats.

What We Do
Our team of adults with disabilities handcrafts small-batch, all-natural dog treats in our Raleigh kitchen. Each role in our production process, from Prepping Specialist to Brand Ambassador, is designed to build real, transferable professional skills.
We partner with schools, support organizations, and families to provide vocational outreach and skills-based training before team members ever step into our kitchen. Because the best way to set someone up for success is to start long before the first day on the job.
