Welcome To Ella & Bella Pet Company

We’re a nonprofit pet treat company with a big heart and a simple belief: everyone deserves the opportunity to work, contribute, and thrive. Our team of adults with disabilities handcrafts small-batch, all-natural dog biscuits in Raleigh, North Carolina, and every bag you buy helps make that possible.

We’re named for two best friends: Ella, our inspiration and team member, and Bella, her Golden Hound rescued from the Wake County Animal Shelter. Together, they remind us every day what it looks like to live with joy and purpose.

There's A Place For You At Our Table

Ella & Bella is built on community. We couldn’t do what we do without people who show up, to volunteer, to work alongside us, or to spread the word. Whatever your capacity, there’s a way to be part of something that matters.

Our Mission

We founded Ella & Bella Pet Company with one clear, unwavering purpose: to provide vocational skill training and meaningful employment for adults with disabilities. We’re a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Raleigh, North Carolina, and we don’t just offer jobs, we offer a relationship-centered environment where every team member is valued for their unique contributions, where “disability” is secondary to “ability,” and where showing up for your shift means something. When you choose Ella & Bella, you’re not just feeding your dog something good, you’re helping build a future where everyone has a place at the table.

October: No Tricks, Just Treats!

Fall is officially here, and the Ella & Bella crew is wagging into October with momentum! Our kitchen at the American Legion has been buzzing — treats baking, bags sealing, and lots of mission moments happening every week. If you’re nearby on Mondays or Tuesdays, stop by 1120 Sawmill Road to see our team in action and grab fresh treats straight from the source.

We also had an exciting milestone: CBS17 visited our kitchen for an interview and behind‑the‑scenes look at how we bake, package, and empower our crew. It was an incredible opportunity to share our mission with the wider community, and we can’t wait to see the segment air.

And of course… we’ve got a full lineup of October events where you can find us, meet the team, and stock up on treats your pups will love.
